1. Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information. BatchSMS does not have servers, databases, or any backend infrastructure. All data stays entirely on your device.
2. Data Storage
All information — including your contacts, messages, and any other data you enter — is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud backup enabled, your data may be included in your personal iCloud backup. We have no access to this data.
3. Data Sharing
We do not collect, store, sell, trade, or share any of your data. Since no data ever leaves your device, there is nothing for us to share.
4. Analytics & Tracking
BatchSMS does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. We do not monitor how you use the app.
5. SMS Permissions
The App requires SMS permissions solely to send messages on your behalf. We do not read, store, or access your existing messages.
6. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under 13. Since we do not collect any data, no personal information from any user is ever gathered.
